Recently, some River City OB/GYN patients have received a letter from Anthem Insurance stating that River City OB/GYN no longer participates with Anthem Blue Cross/Blus Shield of Virginia. These notices are incorrect and were issued in error by Anthem. River City OB/GYN fully participates with all Anthem Health Insurance subsidiaries. We encourage our military patients and their dependents to switch to Tricare Select.
As of 8/31/2023, River City OB/GYN will no longer be participating with Tricare/Humana Prime insurance for our military patients and their dependents. We would like to actively encourage those patients with Tricare Prime to switch to Tricare Select at the next Tricare/Humana open enrollment beginning October 1, 2023 and extending through December 31, 2023. River City OB/GYN looks forward to continuing to care for our military patients and their dependents.
